If the item is faulty, a quick and simple NEW for OLD exchange is carried out.
Refer to warranty terms and conditions for NEW for OLD replacement.
Warranty does not restart with an exchange, the warranty is fixed to the original installation date.

Comprehensive Trouble Shooting Guides
The Poolpower website has simple trouble shooting guides and videos for the homeowner, builder or service technician to refer to. All you need is a phone or computer.
Simple Procedure
If an issues exists, email sales@poolpower.com.au with customer details, model & serial number,
description of fault and proof of purchase. Once claim is confirmed, if you have stock to exchange
use that stock and Poolpower will replace it.
If you don’t have stock, Poolpower will send the replacement to you.
Poolpower may direct a service agent if available in your area to do this on your behalf.
What happens to warranty item?
The exchanged item must be retained for a period nominated by Poolpower before disposal.
Poolpower may request to have it sent to Melbourne for inspection.
Poolpower may request a service agent to pick up for inspection.
In all cases, warranty period is dated from original date of purchase – warranty does not renew if item is replaced under ‘new for old‘ procedure.
